Inspire Creativity Workshops

"Creativity is intelligence having fun."
Albert Einstein

Why do I do this?

As a teacher of many years, I believe that all children have creative potential and find joy in expressing it. Creativity is as important as literacy and numeracy as it requires imagination and inspiration and fosters confidence and problem solving.

Through the Inspire Creativity Workshops I invite children into an unhurried learning enviornment where they are free to experiment, make mistakes, be innovative, communicate and have fun.

When and where?

Currently, the Creativity workshops take place at Trinity Primary school from 3.15pm to 5.00pm. Each workshop has a different theme for each half term. Each year group has its own workshop on a specific day and I limit the number of children per workshop in order to give each child sufficent attention in order to make the whole experience relaxed and rewarding.

Just for kids?

Of course not!
As adults we also have the need to create and express ourselves so I am developing a range of workshops specifically for those who would like to try something creative but don't have the opportunity.
I'll publicise the details when we're ready to go.
